1 Introduction

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and milbet ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the website located at milbet.biz and all associated products, services, features, content, and functionality made available through the platform.

2 Definitions

4 Account Management

Each player may hold only one account on milbet. Duplicate accounts, whether created intentionally or inadvertently, will be closed and any associated winnings forfeited. You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. You must:

milbet reserves the right to suspend or close any account at its sole discretion, including where it reasonably suspects fraud, money laundering, match-fixing, or any other prohibited activity. In such cases, milbet may withhold funds pending investigation.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

All transactions on milbet are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following payment methods are currently supported: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Visa, and Mastercard.

Deposits: The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. Deposits are generally credited to your account within minutes of a confirmed transaction. milbet does not charge fees on deposits, but your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges. You are responsible for any such third-party fees.

Withdrawals: The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are subject to a completed KYC verification process. Once approved, withdrawals are typically processed within 1–3 business days, depending on your payment method. milbet reserves the right to extend this timeframe in cases where additional verification is required.

• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, wherever technically possible.
• milbet reserves the right to request documentation confirming the source of funds for any withdrawal request above a stated threshold.
• Funds deposited but not wagered at least once may be subject to a transaction fee upon withdrawal at milbet's discretion.
• Fraudulent chargebacks or disputes raised against valid transactions will result in immediate account suspension and may be subject to legal action.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

milbet offers a range of promotional bonuses, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal campaigns tied to events such as BPL, IPL, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions unless explicitly stated otherwise in the specific promotion's terms:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only and cannot be claimed by new players using duplicate accounts.
• All bonuses carry a wagering requirement that must be fulfilled before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The specific wagering multiplier (e.g., 20x, 30x) is stated on the promotion page at the time of opt-in.

Players who are found to be abusing the bonus system — including but not limited to using duplicate accounts to claim multiple bonuses, placing hedged bets to meet wagering requirements with minimal risk, or engaging in any other strategy deemed by milbet to be bonus abuse — will have their bonuses voided and may have their accounts suspended.

7 Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets and wagers placed on milbet are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant game or market. In the event of any ambiguity, the following general rules apply:

• Once a bet has been accepted and confirmed by the platform, it cannot be cancelled or modified by the player.
• milbet reserves the right to void any bet placed as the result of a technical error, incorrectly quoted odds, or an event that was settled incorrectly. Affected players will be notified and their stakes returned.
• In the event that a sporting event is suspended, postponed, abandoned, or cancelled, bets will be settled in accordance with the applicable market rules for that event, which are published in the sportsbook section of the platform.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on milbet. Any player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will be subject to immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account, or registering on behalf of a third party.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration or verification information.
• Using the platform for any purpose related to money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or technical vulnerabilities for financial gain.
• Using automated bots, scripts, or software tools to interact with the platform in any way not expressly permitted.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of manipulation of sporting events on which bets are placed.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on milbet.biz — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game software, and the overall design and layout of the platform — is the intellectual property of milbet or its licensed content partners and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

Upon termination of your account, milbet will process a withdrawal of any verified remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds) to your designated payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements. Funds that are subject to active bonus wagering requirements at the time of closure may be forfeited.

14 Amendments
